A circa 1890 pietra dura (translates to "hard stone") necklace. It is comprised of a precisely crafted stone inlay pendant and a silver tone chain with glass straw beads.

Excellent condition, commensurate with age and use. I find only tiny nicks at the edges of the pendant's stone. The jump ring between the filigree and pendant appears to be a replacement.
