Do you have a shop or showroom that I can visit?

My "bricks and mortar" shop is located just outside Philadelphia in Keswick Village, Glenside, PA. Please visit Contact for more information.

*Please note the shop is temporarily closed until October 2nd. Curbside pickup and local delivery are available for most items.

Is check-out secure on this website?

Yes. This website is hosted by Shopify and is therefore SSL Certified to ensure a safe shopping experience and secure check-out. 

When will my item be shipped?

Most orders will be shipped 1 business day after receipt of payment. Any exceptions will be noted in the listing information for a particular item.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Based on the size and weight of the package and distance from my location (Philadelphia, PA). You will typically be able to choose from several USPS options. Upgrades for express services are usually available upon request.

I'm concerned about purchasing fragile items - how do you ensure safe shipping?

All items, especially fragile items, are packaged very securely using sturdy cardboard boxes and plenty of cushioning material. Very delicate items are frequently double boxed. Refer to Shipping Policy for all shipping related details.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. Most international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. First Class Mail service is often offered for smaller items such as jewelry. International shipping may not be available for a large or very heavy item.

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before making a purchase.

Will you adjust customs forms to reduce duties and taxes?

Absolutely not. Customs documents will not be falsified to avoid customs fees. Please do not ask me to misrepresent the value of an item or declare it a gift.

Can I return my purchase?

Always - your complete satisfaction is guaranteed and you will receive a full refund, not including shipping. If there is an issue due to an error on my part, I will cover the shipping costs as well.

If you would like to return your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and ship the item back to me within 7 days of receipt. Further information can be found on the Returns and Refunds page.

Is local pick up available?

Yes - add the item to your cart, proceed to check-out, and choose local pick up as the delivery method. Contact me (see info below) to schedule a date and time, your order should be ready within 24 hours.
